De Kreed Potter Band is een bluesrock band pur sang. Rauwe zang, dikke gitaarsolo’s op een stevige groove. Sinds 2006 is deze band, in de klassieke bluesrock opstelling van één gitaar, bas, drums en zang, door het hele land te zien met het repertoire van onder andere Poppa Chubby, Scott McKeon, Aynsley Lister, The Hoax, Michael Katon, Ian Siegal en Tom Waits. Voorman en zanger Kreed Potter heeft aan gitarist Etienne Evers een prima secondant die altijd voor het nodige spektakel zal zorgen zoals je dat bij bluesrock mag verwachten.

De Kreed Potter Band stond eerder dit jaar in een bijna uitverkochte De Lantaarn in Culemborg, tijdens de Blues Night (ook georganiseerd door Stichting Culemborg Blues). Een voorproefje voor wat vandaag, 28 augustus, komen gaat.

De Kreed Potter Band was daarnaast onder andere eerder te zien op en bij: Oosterhout Blues & Roots Festival, Wageningen Blues Kroegentocht, Best Blues, Airborn Music Night, Eastside Blues Festival, Welons Blues & Rock Festival, De Bosuil Weert, Groene Engel Oss en Wilhelmina Eindhoven. En was support act voor onder andere JesusVolt (FR), Jason Ricci (USA), Seatsniffers (B) en Mike Morgan (USA).

De Kreed Potter bestaat uit Etienne Evers (gitaar), Ton Leerschool (bas), Frank Wassing (drums), Bart Willems (geluid), Daniel de Vries (roadie) en Kreed Potter zelf natuurlijk (zang).

Blues-rock on its best! That’s what the Kreed Potter Band brings on to the stage. In their repertoire these gentlemen offer an exciting mix, which keeps the attention of the audience at all times. They play the work of Poppa Chubby, Tom Waits, Joe Bonamassa, Michael Katon, Aynsley Lister, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jon Amor.

Earlier this year the Kreed Potter Band performed at the almost sold out ‘Lantaarn’ in Culemborg at the Blues Night (also organized by the organization of Culemborg Blues). A foretaste of what people can expect at August 28^th.

The Kreed Potter Band earlier played at Oosterhout Blues & Roots Festival, Wageningen Blues pub crawl, Best Blues, Airborn Music Night, Eastside Blues Festival, Welons Blues & Rock Festival, De Bosuil Weert, Groene Engel Oss and Wilhelmina Eindhoven. And was support act for Jesus Volt (FR), Jason Ricci (USA), Seatsniffers (B) and Mike Morgan (USA).
